Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced User Experience Developer to join our team. As a key member of our front-end development team, you will play a critical role in designing and building scalable web applications that deliver exceptional user experiences. Your expertise in modern web technologies and best practices will enable us to create intuitive, accessible, and high-performance interfaces that exceed our users' expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop user-centered design concepts and prototypes that align with business objectives and technical requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, UX design, and back-end development, to ensure seamless integration and delivery of high-quality solutions
  • Leverage your expertise in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS to build maintainable, efficient, and scalable front-end code that meets accessibility standards (WCAG)
  • Work closely with the UI/UX team to translate design guidelines into clean, accessible, and intuitive code
  • Improve and maintain our front-end build system to ensure scalability and flexibility in meeting the evolving needs of our platforms

About You: To be successful in this role, you will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in front-end development, with a strong online portfolio showcasing your expertise in user experience design and development. You will possess advanced proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS, as well as proven experience working with popular front-end frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js. A solid understanding of web accessibility standards (WCAG) and the ability to create inclusive user interfaces are essential for this position.
