Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide technical leadership and oversight on structural engineering projects, ensuring seamless collaboration with project managers, architects, and design professionals.
  2. Lead a team of engineers and designers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
  3. Perform structural analysis and design, leveraging your expertise to drive project success.
  4. Prepare and review project reports, construction drawings, specifications, and cost estimates, maintaining the highest standards of quality.
  5. Collaborate with clients and contractors to ensure successful project delivery, attending project meetings and site visits as needed.
  6. Mentor junior engineers, providing guidance and support to help them grow and develop.
Our Essentials:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering.
  2. 10+ years of experience in structural engineering, with a strong background in industrial, mining, and metal projects.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage and lead a team of engineers and designers.
  4. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with a willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
