  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records and logs, including work hours, appointments, and customer interactions.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and provide directory assistance to clients and visitors.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative duties, such as filing, sorting, and distributing mail, as well as ordering office supplies.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, oral communication, written communication, organization, reliability, and ability to multitask.
Work Environment

This is a permanent position with a 30-40 hour workweek. The work language is English.
