About the Role:
We are seeking a talented Customer Service Representative to join our team at Save-On-Foods. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide assistance to customers with their shopping needs.
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor and backrooms.
- Operate a cash register and process customer transactions.
- Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales and customer service goals.
