Customer Service Representative Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team at Fraserway RV. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their RV rental experience is seamless and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet and greet customers, providing a warm and welcoming experience
  • Provide RV rental information, answering questions and addressing concerns
  • Resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Walk customers through paperwork at pick-up and drop-off
  • Demonstrate features of the RV to customers
  • Check in returning RVs, handling and solving customer complaints
  • Assist other departments as needed
Requirements:
  • Be a person of integrity, making a positive contribution to the work environment
  • Be reliable, punctual, and hard-working
  • Have excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Be fluent in either German or Dutch (preferred)
  • Have a friendly, outgoing personality and enjoy working with an international clientele
  • Be available to work on weekends
  • Be confident working in a fast-paced environment and meeting tight deadlines
