About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team at McIntyre Contracting Ltd. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Budgeting

Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation plans to ensure timely and within-budget project delivery.

Team Leadership and Supervision

Lead and manage a team of construction professionals, including project coordinators, engineers, and subcontractors, to ensure effective project execution.

Quality Control and Assurance

Establish and implement quality control processes to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.

Communication and Stakeholder Management

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and project stakeholder management.

Risk Management and Problem-Solving

Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, and develop solutions to complex problems that may arise during project execution.

Requirements
  • Education

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience

3 years to less than 5 years of experience in construction project management, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Skills and Competencies

Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Personal Qualities

Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
