About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team at Western 1 Drywall Ltd. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Budgeting

Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.

Team Management

Recruit, hire, and supervise a team of construction professionals, including staff and subcontractors.

Contract Administration

Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.

Site Management

Oversee the day-to-day operations of construction sites, ensuring safety protocols are followed and projects are completed on schedule.

Reporting and Communication

Prepare and submit regular project reports to stakeholders, including project status, budget updates, and any issues or concerns.

Requirements
  • Education

College or CEGEP diploma in a related field, such as construction management or a related field.

Experience

Minimum 2 years of experience in a construction management role, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

Language

Fluent in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
