This is an excellent opportunity for a highly experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee the development, construction, and delivery of multifamily homes to our growing customer base.

The ideal candidate will be a strategic and results-driven leader with at least fifteen years of experience in construction management and industry leadership.

The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the pre-development design, pre-construction, construction, and warranty phases of all construction projects. This role will lead by example by embodying the company's core values of Passion, Quality, and Integrity. Additionally, this position will play a vital role in ensuring strong communication is maintained with all other departments, including Development, Finance/Accounting, Sales, and Marketing.

The Construction Project Manager will lead a team of approximately 7 Project Managers and Coordinators, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful completion of projects.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing project plans and strategies
  • Leading cross-functional teams to achieve project goals
  • Coordinating with stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
  • Monitoring project progress and identifying areas for improvement
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations
