Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced and organized individual to fill the role of Administrative Assistant at ShengShi International. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Job OverviewThis is a temporary, hybrid work opportunity with a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate the Flow of Information: You will be responsible for coordinating the flow of information within the team, including receiving and distributing mail, managing digital databases, and performing data entry tasks.
- Schedule and Confirm Appointments: You will be responsible for scheduling and confirming appointments, answering telephone calls, and relaying messages to team members.
- Perform Administrative Tasks: You will be responsible for typing and proofreading correspondence, forms, and other documents, as well as maintaining accurate records and files.
- Education: A college diploma or CEGEP certificate from a program of 1-2 years is required.
- Experience: Previous experience in an administrative role is an asset.
- Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, Adobe Acrobat Reader, and Google Drive is essential. Excellent communication and organizational skills are also required.
- Competitive Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
