Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Provide strategic leadership and direction to the healthcare team to ensure the delivery of exceptional care to residents.
    • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Care Coordination
    • Coordinate the care of residents, including assessing their needs, developing care plans, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality care.
    • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and effective communication.
  • Staff Management
    • Recruit, train, and develop a team of healthcare professionals to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to deliver high-quality care.
    • Provide coaching and feedback to staff to ensure they are meeting performance expectations.
  • Quality Improvement
    • Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to ensure the delivery of high-quality care.
    • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of quality improvement initiatives and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Communication
    • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and effective communication.
    • Provide regular updates to leadership on the status of quality improvement initiatives and other key performance indicators.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Master's degree in Nursing or a related field.
    • Minimum of two years' experience in a leadership role in a healthcare setting.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Strong leadership and management skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
