Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Health and Wellness to join our team at Spring Living Retirement Communities. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality healthcare services to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective healthcare strategies to meet the needs of our residents.
  • Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals to ensure seamless delivery of care services.
  • Collaborate with external healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care for our residents.
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care services to ensure they meet our high standards.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality care.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and external stakeholders to ensure their needs are met.
Requirements
  • Minimum of two years' experience in a leadership role in healthcare.
  • Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) with a valid license to practice in your province.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
