About the Role

  • Provide leadership and oversight for clinical services in Retirement, ensuring high-quality care and support for our residents.
  • Lead assigned clinical programs, including tracking trends, leading education, and managing quality improvement.
  • Act as Wellness Coordinator in absence, directing nursing and clinical departments.
  • Hold a valid RPN license and be in good standing with the CNO.
  • Support and promote our resident-centered social culture, delivering exceptional service to residents, visitors, and team members.

Requirements

  • Geriatric nursing experience an asset.
  • Nursing leadership experience an asset.
