Job Title: Commercial Operations Director

Home Trust Company is seeking a highly experienced Commercial Operations Director to lead our commercial lending initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement commercial lending strategies to drive business growth and improve profitability
  • Lead cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Collaborate with business partners to identify and mitigate risks
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including servicers and vendors
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in mortgage lending or underwriting, with increasing responsibility
  • Strong understanding of commercial lending products, policies, and procedures
  • Excellent project management skills, with ability to identify and mitigate risks
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with ability to manage multiple teams
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and influence others to achieve department and corporate goals
