Key Responsibilities:- Act decisively to move commercial strategies and initiatives forward in a timely manner.
- Lead business initiatives, including change management, capacity planning, and performance reporting.
- Work effectively with internal business partners to improve underwriting and administrative systems.
- Monitor risks and identify escalating issues related to implementation and performance of projects.
- Evaluate business partners and maintain fraud, quality, and performance metrics.
- Responsible for reviewing and assessing Servicer onboarding documentation.
- Develop tactical strategies to support the overall commercial business strategy.
- Break down strategic problems and analyze data to provide insights and recommendations.
- 10+ years mortgage lending/underwriting experience with increasing responsibility.
- In-depth understanding of commercial lending products, policies/guidelines, and procedures.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to identify risks and remove roadblocks.
- Ability to manage high volume of demands and often competing priorities.
- Strong organizational, time-management, and ability to manage multiple teams.
- Demonstrated ability to lead/influence others to achieve department and corporate goals.
