Territory Manager

Overview
As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional sales performance while promoting our product portfolio and driving route management objectives. Through outstanding execution, you will achieve volume targets, market share, and brand equity growth by developing strong relationships with key accounts in your assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage territory coverage to ensure seamless execution and excellent customer service.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed quota and distribution objectives.
- Maintain and grow existing volume and distribution by building long-term relationships with ON and OFF Premise accounts.
- Manage assigned budget and resources to drive business growth.
- Conduct product tastings and education sessions to enhance customer knowledge and loyalty.
- Execute sales calls using our Structured Call methodology to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor competitive activities within the territory and provide constructive suggestions to drive business growth.
- Prospect, qualify, and quantify new accounts to determine potential fit with our brand portfolio.
- Provide product and brand marketing knowledge through sales aids and staff training seminars to drive business growth.
- Collaborate with supplier representatives and management to promote sales and drive business growth.
- Ensure distribution of our brands in key purchasing areas of accounts to drive business growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 3 or more years' selling experience in Fast Moving Consumer Goods environment.
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking capabilities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
- Sound knowledge of the sale and marketing of wine and spirits.
- Strong interpersonal and analytical skills.
- Proficient MS Office skills.
- Knowledge of Liquor Board Regulations, market trends, and competition.
