Territory Sales Manager

The Territory Sales Manager is a key role at WillScot, responsible for driving sales growth and customer satisfaction across a designated territory. This individual will be the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and support to ensure their needs are met.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed sales targets for Containers, Ground Level Offices, Singlewide Modular Structures, Complex Modular Structures, and value-added products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential opportunities for growth and differentiation, staying up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare accurate and competitive price quotes for potential customers, negotiating terms and conditions of sales agreements to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales forecasts using CRM software, generating regular reports on sales performance and market trends for management review.
- High school degree, GED, or applicable experience.
- 1 year of outbound prospecting experience, or 1 year experience at WillScot.
- Willingness and ability to travel 10%-20% to conduct field visits with important customers.
- Demonstrated professional communication skills, including written and spoken communication.
- Experience effectively using Microsoft Office and virtual meeting platforms.
- Experience in a high-volume, transactional sales cycle.
- Experience with leasing and consultative selling approaches.
