Retail Store Manager

Stedmans V&S Department store is seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Store Supervisor to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:- Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales floor staff, ensuring a smooth and efficient customer experience.
- Merchandise Management: Order and manage inventory, authorize returns, and maintain accurate records.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to staff.
- Store Operations: Establish work schedules, manage cash, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of retail experience.
- Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work under pressure, and strong organizational abilities.
Fast-paced retail environment with tight deadlines and a focus on customer satisfaction.
Personal Suitability:- Client Focus: Strong customer service skills and ability to build relationships.
- Organized: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Reliability: Consistent attendance and punctuality.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and management.
37.5 hours per week, permanent position.
