Retail Store Manager

Stedmans V&S Department store is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our retail store.
Key Responsibilities:- Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, ensuring they are meeting sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that stock is accurately counted and stored.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Reporting: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform store management decisions.
- Store Operations: Manage cash handling, maintain store appearance, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of retail experience.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong organizational skills.
Our retail store operates in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. As a Retail Store Supervisor, you will be required to work under pressure and maintain a high level of productivity while ensuring excellent customer service.
