Retail Store Manager

At Stedmans V&S Department store, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales floor staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Merchandise Management: Order and manage inventory, authorize returns, and maintain accurate records of stock levels and sales data.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to store management.
- Team Development: Conduct performance reviews, provide feedback, and support the growth and development of sales floor staff.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of retail management experience.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 37.5 hours per week.
Fast-paced retail environment with tight deadlines and pressure to meet sales targets.
