Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Stacked Pancake & Breakfast House. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our guests.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the kitchen team to ensure efficient and effective food preparation and service.
  • Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the tastes of our guests.
  • Source and procure high-quality ingredients and supplies to maintain our standards.
  • Train and mentor kitchen staff to improve their skills and knowledge.
  • Monitor and maintain kitchen cleanliness and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
  • Ability to train and mentor staff.
