Baker Tilly is seeking a seasoned Human Resources Manager to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will provide strategic guidance and operational support to drive employee engagement, performance, and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR programs and initiatives to enhance employee experience and drive business results
  • Provide leadership and guidance on employee relations, performance management, and talent development
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and deliver exceptional employee experiences
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to inform HR strategies and initiatives
  • Coach and develop junior HR team members to build a high-performing team

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience in a professional services firm or corporate environment
  • Proven track record of driving change management and process improvement initiatives
  • Excellent knowledge of HR processes and functions, with a focus on employee engagement and performance
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build meaningful relationships with staff, peers, and partners
  • Passion for learning and staying current on industry trends and best practices

Salary range: $85,000 - $105,000 per year
