Customer Service Team Lead

At Master Swift Renovation and Construction, we are seeking a skilled Customer Service Team Lead to oversee our customer-facing operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and team leadership, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of 3-4 individuals to deliver exceptional results.
The Customer Service Team Lead will be responsible for preparing production reports, supervising workers and projects, and coordinating activities to ensure seamless delivery. They will also oversee apprenticeship training, recruit and hire workers, and train or arrange for training as needed.
Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing production and other reports
- Supervising workers and projects
- Coordinating and scheduling activities
- Overseeing apprenticeship training
- Recruiting and hiring workers
- Training or arranging for training
- Setting up machines and equipment
- Estimating costs and materials
- Ensuring health and safety regulations are followed
- Recommending personnel actions
- Reading blueprints and drawings
- Requisitioning or ordering materials, equipment, and supplies
The ideal candidate will have excellent oral communication skills, be organized, reliable, and a team player. They will also have a strong understanding of customer service principles and be able to work under pressure.
