We are seeking a dedicated Community Support Worker to join our team at Improving Lives In-Home Care. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing support and care to individuals in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare reports and case histories to document client progress and needs.
  • Develop and implement personalized service plans to meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, promoting their overall well-being and quality of life.
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that may require standing, walking, and lifting.
