Job Title: Construction Site Supervisor

Shingo Construction Ltd. is seeking a skilled Construction Site Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and submit production reports to management
  • Supervise a team of 5-10 workers and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Coordinate and schedule activities to meet project deadlines
  • Estimate costs and materials required for projects
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Read and interpret blueprints and drawings
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in construction or a related field
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Reliability and flexibility
  • Team player with strong judgment skills
Work Environment:

Work under pressure in a fast-paced construction environment
