Job Title: Construction Site Supervisor

Shingo Construction Ltd. is seeking a skilled Construction Site Supervisor to oversee our construction projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of projects, supervising workers, and maintaining a safe working environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and submit production reports to management
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of construction teams
  • Estimate costs and materials for projects
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Read and interpret blueprints and drawings
  • Requisition materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in construction
  • Excellent oral communication skills
  • Organized and reliable
  • Team player with flexibility
  • Judgement and problem-solving skills
Work Environment:
  • Work under pressure in a fast-paced construction environment
  • 30 to 40 hours per week
  • Dental plan and permanent employment
  • Work in a team of 5-10 people
