Job Title: Construction Site Supervisor

Shingo Construction Ltd. is seeking a highly organized and experienced Construction Site Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our construction sites, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of construction teams, including laborers, carpenters, and other tradespeople.
  • Ensure that all construction activities are carried out in accordance with safety protocols and regulations.
  • Monitor and control costs, including materials, labor, and equipment.
  • Coordinate with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure that projects are completed on time and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure that all construction work meets the required standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including procurement, HR, and finance, to ensure that all aspects of the construction project are properly managed.
Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of experience in construction management, including supervisory experience.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and quality control.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, including project managers, architects, engineers, and laborers.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex construction-related issues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
