About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Site Supervisor to join our team at Shingo Construction Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities on our construction sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate and schedule activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Site Supervision: Supervise a team of 5-10 workers and ensure they have the necessary resources and support to complete their tasks.
  • Reporting: Prepare production and other reports to track project progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed on site, and that workers are aware of and comply with these regulations.
  • Materials Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to support project activities.
  • Cost Estimation: Estimate costs and materials required for projects, and ensure that these costs are accurately reflected in project budgets.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a construction or related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
