We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Visitor Experience team as an Admissions/Membership Team Member. As a key member of our front-facing team, you will provide exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a welcoming and engaging experience at Science World.
Key Responsibilities- Provide friendly and responsive services to visitors, including general inquiries, problem-solving, and information services.
- Process payments and registrations for admissions, memberships, and events in a timely and accurate manner.
- Assist with the planning and execution of special membership events and promotions.
- Perform administrative duties, including maintaining accurate records and supplies.
- Collaborate with the Visitor Experience team to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for our guests.
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related field.
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer skills and experience with cash handling.
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
