About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Healthcare Professional to join our team at Canada Inc.

Job Summary

This role involves providing administrative support to our healthcare team, including scheduling appointments, maintaining accurate records, and performing various clerical tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling Appointments: Schedule and confirm patient appointments in a timely manner, ensuring that all necessary information is recorded accurately.
  • Record Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, including filing systems and electronic documentation.
  • Clerical Tasks: Perform various clerical tasks, such as data entry, mail distribution, and supply ordering.
  • Communication: Provide excellent customer service, responding to patient inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Education: A college diploma or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a healthcare administration role, preferably with a medical clinic.
  • Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word and Excel, as well as excellent communication and organizational skills.
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position, working approximately 35 hours per week. You will be required to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to your base salary, you will also receive benefits, including health and dental insurance, and a pension plan.
