Job Title: Medical Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Administrative Assistant to join our team at Mountview Physiotherapy & Rehab Centre.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our medical team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office, and providing exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our medical team, including scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and maintaining accurate and up-to-date files.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with patients, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Organizational Skills: Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail to ensure the efficient operation of our office.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to patients, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Windows, and MS Outlook.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a medical administrative role.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, and attention to detail.
  • Personal Suitability: Client focus, flexibility, organized, and team player.
