Job Title: VP, Client Management

Munich Reinsurance Company of Canada is seeking a highly skilled and experienced VP, Client Management to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with clients, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics
  • Provide market insights and analysis to inform business decisions
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of client needs and preferences
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in reinsurance or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in business development and client management
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze complex data and develop insights
  • Emotional intelligence and ability to build strong relationships
