VP Project Delivery Job Description

As a seasoned VP Project Delivery, you will be responsible for leading high-profile digital projects from conception to delivery. Your expertise in project management, team leadership, and client relations will be essential in driving project success and exceeding client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Client Relations: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their goals, objectives, and challenges.
  2. Project Management: Oversee project scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation to ensure timely and within-budget delivery.
  3. Team Leadership: Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and objectives.
  4. Strategic Planning: Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to develop project roadmaps and strategies that align with business objectives.
  5. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance project delivery and client satisfaction.
Requirements:
  1. 9-12 years of experience in managing digital projects, including site builds, e-commerce, marketing campaigns, microsites, and maintenance.
  2. Expertise in project management tools, such as MS Project, Visio, and Jira.
  3. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.
  4. Ability to analyze complex project data and develop strategic recommendations.
  5. Experience in managing and controlling project scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
