Business Development Manager

This is a senior-level position responsible for developing and executing the overall Customer Business Plan for key retailers in Canada. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Canadian market, customer management, and prior experience in CPG (Beauty experience is an asset).
Main Responsibilities- Develops, implements, and monitors the Customer Business Plan to drive business growth and profitability.
- Utilizes a customer-centric approach to understand key drivers of business and address customer needs.
- Collects and analyzes business, point-of-sale, and market trend data to identify new business opportunities.
- Cultivates strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve business goals.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Commerce or Business Administration with 3-5 years account management experience.
- Prior experience with key Canada beauty retailers is considered a strong asset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint) and knowledge of cosmetics, consumer packaged goods, or related industry.
