Director of Finance and Administration

Talinko Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Director of Finance and Administration to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial and administrative functions of the company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability
  • Manage the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
  • Oversee the administration of human resources, including recruitment, training, and employee relations
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
  • Collaborate with the executive team to develop and implement business strategies
Requirements
  • Hold a recognized accounting designation (CPA)
  • Have a minimum of 8-10 years of relevant experience in similar functions
  • Good knowledge of the philanthropic community and interest in working there
  • Bilingualism (oral and written)
