Job Title: Administrative Assistant to the Director

GFT Technologies SE is seeking an experienced and highly organized Administrative Assistant to support the Director in their daily tasks and responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the Director, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations for the Director.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and files, both physical and digital.
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and conferences, including preparing agendas, materials, and follow-up actions.
  • Develop and implement administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in business administration or a related field an asset.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a senior-level position.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
