Director of Finance and Administration

Talinko Inc. is seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Director of Finance and Administration. This position will be a key member of our team, responsible for overseeing the financial and administrative functions of the company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability
  • Manage the financial planning and budgeting process, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting
  • Oversee the administration of HR, IT, and facilities, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations
  • Collaborate with the executive team to make informed business decisions
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
Requirements
  • 8-10 years of experience in finance and administration, with a strong background in accounting and financial management
  • CPA designation and bilingualism (English and French)
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team
  • Knowledge of Acomba software and experience with financial systems
