The Courtyard by Marriott Kingston is seeking a friendly and professional Guest Service Agent to join our team
Key Responsibilities- Register guests, issue room keys, and provide information on hotel services and room location.
- Process all cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Respond to guest requests and promote hotel services, facilities, and outlets.
- Maintain sanitation and cleanliness standards in the kitchen area.
- Promote teamwork and quality service through daily communication and coordination with others.
- Basic reading, writing, and math abilities.
- High School diploma or equivalent, plus one-year front desk/guest service experience.
- Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
