About the Role

The Easton's Group of Hotels is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Guest Service Representative to join our team at the Courtyard by Marriott Kingston. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Register guests, issue room keys, and provide information on hotel services and room locations.
  • Process all cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Respond to guest requests, promote hotel services and facilities, and provide information on local attractions and directions.
  • Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in the kitchen area.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to promote teamwork and quality service.

Requirements

  • Basic reading, writing, and math abilities.
  • High school diploma or equivalent, plus one year of front desk or guest service experience.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
