About the Role
The Easton's Group of Hotels is seeking a skilled and friendly Guest Service Agent to join our team at the Courtyard by Marriott Kingston. As a Guest Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay is memorable and enjoyable.
Key Responsibilities
- Register guests, issue room keys, and provide information on hotel services and room location.
- Process all cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Respond to guest requests, promote hotel services, and provide information on local attractions and directions.
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in the kitchen area.
- Promote teamwork and quality service through daily communication and coordination with others.
Requirements
- Basic reading, writing, and math abilities.
- High School diploma or equivalent, plus one year of front desk/guest service experience.
- Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays as required.
