Sales & Partnership Development Representative Role Overview


Lufa Farms is a company dedicated to creating a better food system by growing food where people live and growing it more sustainably.


As a Sales & Partnership Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in contributing to the company's growth by identifying new partners to host our sales kiosks and representing Lufa Farms at events.


Responsibilities:



  • Establish and define a prospecting and canvassing plan to conclude new partnerships for sales events;
  • Create new partnerships by ensuring coordination of all logistical and operational details;
  • Manage existing partnerships, facilitate their expansion, and ensure their success;
  • Represent Lufa Farms at events, promote our services, and sign up new Lufavores to our weekly baskets;
  • Coordinate sales booth setup and takedown;
  • Prepare a report following each event and maintain traffic statistics throughout the shift;
  • Assist the Sales Manager in all related tasks;
  • Make follow-up, sales, and retention calls to Lufa Farms subscribers.

Requirements:



  • Bilingualism (French and English);
  • A car and a valid driver's licence;
  • Available to visit current and potential partners;
  • Effective and friendly communication skills;
  • A proactive mindset;
  • Resilient and optimistic;
  • Result oriented;
  • Available to work on weekends;
  • Sales experience.

Schedule:


35-40 hours per week, depending on availability.
