About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Landscape Maintenance Specialist to join our team at SPRUCE GARDEN LTD.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with landscape constructions and installations
  • Tie and secure plants, trees, and shrubs
  • Weed, prune, and trim trees and plants to maintain their health and appearance
  • Cut and maintain grass and other vegetation
  • Rake and collect refuse and debris
  • Operate and maintain landscape maintenance equipment, including mowers, trimmers, and pruners
  • Apply fertilizers and other treatments to promote healthy plant growth
  • Repair and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance
  • Water and tend to plants, lawns, and gardens to ensure their health and appearance
Work Environment and Physical Demands
  • Work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Work at heights and in physically demanding environments
  • Handle heavy loads and equipment
  • Perform manual dexterity tasks, such as pruning and trimming
  • Bend, crouch, and kneel to perform tasks
Requirements
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field
  • Permanent employment
  • English language proficiency
  • 32 hours of work per week
