About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and physically fit individual to join our team at Spruce Garden Ltd. as a Landscape Worker. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with landscape constructions, maintaining outdoor spaces, and ensuring the overall appearance of our gardens and grounds.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with Landscape Constructions: Assist our experienced team members in constructing and maintaining outdoor landscapes, including planting, pruning, and trimming trees and plants.
  • Maintain Outdoor Spaces: Ensure that all outdoor areas, including lawns, gardens, and walkways, are well-maintained and free of debris.
  • Operate and Maintain Equipment: Operate and maintain various landscape maintenance equipment, including mowers, trimmers, and other tools.
  • Perform Physical Tasks: Perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, bending, and carrying heavy loads.
  • Work at Heights: Work at heights, including climbing ladders and operating aerial lifts.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Site Environment: Outdoors, with exposure to varying weather conditions.
  • Physical Capabilities: Handling heavy loads, physically demanding, manual dexterity, bending, crouching, kneeling.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 32 hours per week.
