Job Title: Beauty Salon Receptionist

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused receptionist to join our team at Hair House Salon Ltd. As a receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a warm and welcoming experience for clients and visitors
  • Manage front desk operations, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling customer inquiries
  • Process payments, manage cash handling, and maintain accurate records
  • Coordinate appointments, schedule services, and ensure seamless communication with clients and staff
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring a professional environment for clients and staff

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of office software
  • Will train

Working Conditions:

  • 35 to 40 hours per week
  • Permanent position
