Job Title: Beauty Salon Receptionist

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Beauty Salon Receptionist to join our team at Sukh Hair and beauty salon.

Job Summary:

The Beauty Salon Receptionist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Greet clients, answer phone calls, and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage appointments, process payments, and maintain accurate records.
  • Communication: Relay information to clients, staff, and management in a clear and concise manner.
  • Administrative Tasks: Order office supplies, maintain work records, and perform other administrative duties as needed.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: Will train.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
