Job Title: Beauty Salon Receptionist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Beauty Salon Receptionist to join our team at Sukh Hair and beauty salon. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing appointments, and maintaining a smooth and efficient workflow.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greeting and Directing Clients: Greet clients and direct them to the appropriate service area or contact.
  • Providing Information: Provide basic information to clients and the public, including answering questions and resolving issues.
  • Ordering Supplies: Order office supplies as needed to maintain a well-stocked front desk.
  • Scheduling Appointments: Schedule and confirm appointments for clients, ensuring accurate and timely communication.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, appointments, and transactions.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Setting: Private sector.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in electronic mail, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Word, and MS Windows.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, with tight deadlines, and repetitive tasks.
  • Personal Suitability: Excellent interpersonal skills, oral communication, written communication, flexibility, organization, reliability, and teamwork.
