Job Title: Beauty Salon Receptionist

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Beauty Salon Receptionist to join our team at Hair House Salon Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet clients and direct them to the appropriate service areas.
  • Provide information to clients and the public, including answering phone calls and responding to inquiries.
  • Process customer service requests, including scheduling appointments and maintaining work records.
  • Handle cash and credit transactions, as well as process payments.
  • Assist with ordering office supplies and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
