About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Beauty Salon Receptionist to join our team at Sukh Hair and beauty salon. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and Direct Clients

Welcoming clients and directing them to the appropriate service areas, ensuring a seamless experience.

Provide Information and Support

Offering basic information to clients and the public, and providing support to ensure their needs are met.

Process Client Information

Obtaining and processing information required to provide customer service, including scheduling appointments and maintaining work records.

Manage Office Supplies and Finances

Ordering office supplies and receiving and issuing payments, ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk.

Communicate Effectively

Answering telephone calls and relaying messages, and communicating with clients and colleagues in a professional and courteous manner.

Work in a Fast-Paced Environment

Working in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and repetitive tasks, and maintaining attention to detail and a high level of organization.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.

Work Setting

Private sector.

Computer and Technology Knowledge

Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS Word.

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and repetitive tasks.

Personal Suitability

Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
