Job Description

Mackenzie Health is seeking an experienced HR Lead to play a key role in the implementation of a new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. The successful candidate will provide leadership, guidance, and expertise on the implementation of the HR functionality of the ERP system, ensuring seamless integration and optimal use of the system.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership and guidance on the implementation of the HR functionality of the ERP system.
  • Develop and implement HR business requirements and processes to ensure efficient and effective use of the system.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption of the ERP system.
  • Develop and maintain training programs and user guides to ensure end-users understand the ERP system for HR functional and process areas.
  • Provide ongoing process and system support and guidance to the HR department and system users post-implementation.
  • Monitor and analyze system tickets, issues, and processes to identify technology and process opportunities and challenges.
  • Collaborate with IT and compliance teams to establish data governance standards and protocols.
Requirements:
  • Post-secondary degree in Human Resources, Information Technology Management, Computer Science, or Business Program.
  • Minimum of five (5) years' experience with translating HR business requirements into project requirements, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Minimum of three (3) years' experience managing HR applications and enabling technology.
  • Strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving, analytical, and time-management skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive initiatives in a dynamic organizational environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Change management expertise with a track record of successfully driving organizational change initiatives, preferably in large, unionized organizations.
  • Previous leadership roles are preferred.
  • Project management, release management, process design, configuration, and testing, preferably in a healthcare setting.
