We are a leading Canadian school photography company with over 400 employees and a state-of-the-art photo lab and customer care centre in Burlington, Ontario.

The Role

We are seeking a talented and dedicated individual to join our team as a Customer Care Representative.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to our clients through phone and email inquiries
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Enter orders accurately and efficiently
  • Work effectively in a team environment to achieve customer satisfaction
  • Meet company criminal check requirements
  • Be bilingual (French and English) and legally authorized to work in Canada

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in a call center or related environment is an asset
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Basic computer knowledge and ability to work in a fast-paced office environment
  • Ability to sit for extended periods of time
