Job Summary:

This role is a key part of our sales team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support across departments. As a bilingual customer service representative, you will act as a liaison between customers and our organization, ensuring a high standard of excellence in every interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone or email
  • Resolve disputes and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure order completion and customer satisfaction
  • Process orders and maintain accurate records
  • Provide consistent follow-through on commitments made to customers
  • Support team members as needed and contribute to a positive team culture

Requirements:

  • High school diploma required; post-secondary education preferred
  • Excellent communication skills in English and French
  • Strong team player and communicator with a customer-centric approach
  • 2+ years of customer service experience
